Dr. Davis is an Alabama native who is thrilled to be a Georgia transplant. She attended American Christian Academy for high school, where she excelled academically and athletically by competing in all-star & high school cheerleading and tennis. She graduated from the University of Alabama, Honors College Program with a Bachelor of Sciences in Biology. Dr. Davis attended medical school at the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine in Dothan, AL, and completed her 3rd and 4th year clinical rotations in Mobile, AL at South Alabama College of Medicine facilities. She graduated top in her class with a 4.00 in medical school.
After medical school, Dr. Davis completed her Transitional Year Internship with Brookwood Baptist Health Systems, where she received an excellent foundation of training in internal medicine. She then completed her three-year ACGME-accredited Dermatology residency at Trinity Health Livingston & Ann Arbor Hospital, where she received rigorous training and exposure to complex medical dermatology, general & pediatric dermatology, inpatient dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, surgical dermatology, and skin of color. After residency, Dr. Davis stayed in Michigan to complete a dual-accredited ACGME and ACMS Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology Fellowship, where she completed over 1,000 surgical and reconstructive cases as the primary surgeon.
In her free time, Dr. Davis enjoys participating in exercise classes, playing tennis, water & snow skiing, traveling, Crimson Tide football, and spending time with her husband, John, family, friends, and her two miniature dachshunds, Winston and Oscar.
Dr. Davis enjoys meeting people of all backgrounds and walks of life. As a perfectionist herself, Dr. Davis’s aims are to practice evidence-based medicine and to cure skin cancer while providing the least amount of scarring possible. She listens to the needs of her patients and is sensitive to their cosmetic concerns and desires. She is excited to serve the communities of southeast Georgia.
